The gift was conveyed to an official concerned by Vice-Chairman Khamphanh Sitthidampha, member of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and president of the People's Supreme Court of Laos, who is heading a delegation of the Laos-Korea Friendship Association on a visit to the DPRK.
