Russian Delegation Leaves

Pyongyang, August 16 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation led by Aleksandr Lapin, first vice commander and chief of staff of the Eastern Military District of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, left here for home on Sunday after taking part in the celebrations of the 70th anniversary of Korea's liberation.
