The editorial recalled that at the meeting of chief secretaries of Chongwadae on August 10, Park Geun Hye claimed that there created a condition for operating again the "labor-business-government committee", threatening the labor circle to opt for dialogue.

This is a pressure that the labor circle opposing the "government's" retrogressive revision of labor should join in its "labor reform", the editorial said.

The statement to the people made by Park on August 6 is, in fact, a declaration of war against the labor circle.
