It said that the ministry branded the "mine explosion" case that occurred on August 4 as the "north's deed", resumed the broadcasting for "psychological warfare against the north" and intensified military operations in the Demilitarized Zone along the Military Demarcation Line.

It held that the military authorities did not advance clear evidence that can prove the "mine explosion" as the "north's deed".

It strongly demanded an immediate stop to the broadcasting for psychological warfare escalating military confrontation and tension and bedeviling the south-north relations.
