They included a delegation of the Australia-DPRK Association for Friendship and Culture, a delegation of the Denmark-DPRK Friendship Association, a secretary of the New Zealand-DPRK Society and his party, co-secretary general of the Asia-Pacific Regional Committee for Supporting Peaceful Reunification of Korea who doubles as delegate of the Philippines Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification in the Korean Peninsula and the managing director of Hike Korea.

Leaving earlier was a delegate of the Ireland-Korea Friendship Association.
