The international secretary of the Communist Party of Peru (Red Motherland) paid the highest tribute and glory to President Kim Il Sung, the lodestar of Korea's liberation and the great leader of the Korean revolution and the world revolution, and praised his exploits for liberating the country. He went on:

The DPRK turned into a socialist power and nuclear weapons state under the leadership of the President and leader Kim Jong Il.

The DPRK and its socialist cause are sure to win as they are lead by Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The chairman of the People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru said that the President's exploits of liberating the country are acknowledged and highly praised by the world.

The general secretary of the Revolutionary Socialist Party of Peru said:

The President achieved historic cause of Korea's liberation by dint of unity.

The secretary general of the Peru-Korea Institute of Culture and Friendship affirmed invariable support and solidarity for the Korean people's struggle for building a thriving socialist nation and for national reunification.

Present at the meeting were figures from political parties, organizations and organs including the Peruvian preparatory committee for celebrating the 70th anniversaries of the founding of the Workers' Party of Korea and Korea's liberation, the Communist Party of Peru (Red Motherland), People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru, Revolutionary Socialist Party of Peru, the Peruvian Committee for Supporting the Independent and Peaceful Reunification of Korea and the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and masses.

Present there on invitation were the DPRK ambassador to Peru and his embassy members.
