The statement accused Park Geun Hye of taking issue with the setting of Pyongyang Time in the DPRK. It went on:

Park Geun Hye's remarks are thoughtless and showed that her conservative regime flatters and yields to Japan.

In the setting of the new standard time the DPRK showed the firm will of its service personnel and people to demonstrate the dignity and might of the country.

This measure is a patriotic one to eliminate the remnant of the Japanese imperialists who set the Korean time to the Japanese time.

Every country has its own right to set its own standard time.

If Park Geun Hye really wants the mending of the inter-Korean relations and independent reunification of the country, she should have south Korea apply the same standard time as in the DPRK.

Her remarks are an act of treachery to the Korean nation that adds to the crimes she already committed and at the same time it is submission to Japan.

Her group is thoroughly pro-U.S. and pro-Japanese as it stands against the nation and reunification.
