But it is the first time that the armed provocation was perpetrated amid a test nuclear war and intensive broadcasting for psychological warfare, a prelude to a war. The south Korean authorities are going to turn the Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military drills being held with the U.S. by mobilizing huge armed forces into an actual war against the north.

The "north's shelling" incident is, indeed, the worst military provocation under the sinister scheme to implement nuclear war scenario in collusion with the U.S. without fail.
