Ri Hye Yong, head of the Yanji City branch of the General Association of Koreans in China, said that the south Korean puppet forces in a far-fetched manner linked the "mine explosion" that happened in the DMZ of the western sector of the front with the DPRK and resumed the psychological warfare broadcasts, citing it as a pretext.

If the puppet forces dare provoke the DPRK, the heroic KPA will blow up their citadel and accomplish the historic cause of national reunification, Ri added.

Kim Kwon, vice-chairman of the Federation of Korean Young Nationals in China, expressed surging indignation at the reckless action of the puppet military warmongers who fired 36 shells at the posts of the Korean People's Army under the unreasonable pretext.

The reckless action is an unpardonable provocation against the DPRK and an intolerable challenge to all Koreans aspiring after peace on the Korean Peninsula and improvement of the north-south relations, Kim added.

Sim Hong Gwang, chairman of the Yanbian Regional Association of the Federation of Korean Young Nationals in China, said that the puppet group of traitors' resumption of anti-DPRK psychological warfare broadcasts was an undisguised breach of the north-south military agreement, a serious military provocation against the DPRK and a crucial incident pushing the inter-Korean relations to the worst phase.

If the puppet group persists in confrontation and war moves in league with outsiders, all Koreans will sternly punish it, Sim added.
