Kim Ki Hyo, an officer of the KPA, told KCNA:

The order issued by the Supreme Commander at the emergency enlarged meeting of the Workers' Party of Korea Central Military Commission enhances our servicepersons' will to take revenge upon the provokers.

We will wipe out all the provokers wherever they are.

Ko Kwang Jun, a workshop head of the Pyongyang Thermal Power Complex, said:

The south Korean puppet forces' shelling on the KPA military posts is aimed to hinder the peaceful reunification of the nation.

They should be annihilated without mercy at once as they are hell-bent on the anti-DPRK psywar and joint military exercises with the U.S. imperialists in a bid to provoke a war against the DPRK.

We, electricity makers, will do our best to increase the electricity output while keeping ourselves in full combat posture.

Kim Chang Sok, director of a department of the Ministry of Coal Industry, said:

Such political and military provocative moves by the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet forces will only precipitate their own destruction.

I will work hard to raise the coal production in the spirit of wiping out the provokers.
