After depriving Korea of its rights to diplomacy and home administration through fabrication of the "Ulsa Five-point Treaty" (1905) and "Jongmi Seven-Point Treaty" (1907), the Japanese imperialists invented the "Korea-Japan Annexation Treaty" in violation of international principles and rules.

In order to force this "treaty" on the Korean feudal government, they deployed more than 2 600 troops in Seoul where the government was located.

In collusion with pro-Japanese traitors, they pressured Sunjong, the emperor of Korea, into ratifying a "commission of full power". After all, the "treaty" came into being against the emperor's will, getting neither royal signature nor royal seal.

It was the height of state terrorism and an act of stripping the Korean nation of its sovereignty.

Nevertheless, the reactionaries of Japan have not yet made sincere apology and compensation to the Korean nation while denying its crime-woven past.
