This is the fabrication and invectives that only the money-grabbers of south Korea can make as they are apt to sell and buy people's minds and personalities with money.

The "decree" touted by the ultra-right conservative media was an absurd one that the DPRK has never published nor can do. Therefore, the "decree" is a third-rate fabrication cooked up by conspirators who are getting hell bent on the confrontation with the compatriots in the north.

Thanks to the noble politics of love for the people pursued by the Workers' Party of Korea which gives top priority to the interests of the people, while regarding them as absolute, the people's dream and ideal are being translated into reality in the DPRK.

The report of the conservative media are no more than a politically-motivated provocation which tarnished the dignity of the great party and seriously insulted the loyalty of all the service personnel and people of the DPRK for the party.

Their ill-boding talks are deteriorating the inter-Korean relations and increasing the danger of a war.

It is shame and disgrace of the nation that those in the guise of media persons mislead the public opinion with false stories.
