Kim Jong Un's Order Supported by British Organizations

| Pyongyang, August 24 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Korean Friendship Association UK issued a joint statement on Aug. 21 in support of an order issued by Kim Jong Un, supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, at an emergency enlarged meeting of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea. The statement said that they fully support the order issued by Kim Jong Un that frontline large combined units of the KPA should enter a wartime state to be fully combat ready to launch surprise operations and the area along the front be put in a semi-war state from 17:00 on Aug. 21. It went on: The recent provocation by the U.S. and south Korean puppet group has gone beyond the danger line. The south Korean puppet forces who have systematically committed provocations against the DPRK perpetrated such reckless action as firing 36 shells at the KPA civil police posts on Aug. 20. As a result, the situation on the Korean Peninsula is inching close to a war. The order issued by Kim Jong Un under such a grave situation is a powerful and resolute step for holding back the provokers. We absolutely support the recent step for defending the sovereignty of the DPRK, birthplace of the Juche idea. |
