Posters calling for exterminating enemies can be seen in different parts of the province with wartime songs resounding.

On August 22, there took place at the square of Sariwon City a meeting of students to petition for military service in hearty response to the spirit of the emergency enlarged meeting of the Workers' Party of Korea Central Military Commission and the order given by Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un.

That day alone, 180 000 young people in the province volunteered to join the Korean People's Army (KPA). And the number of volunteers is increasing with the passage of time.

Women in the province devote their all to assisting the servicepersons with the spirit as displayed by those of a village on the Bank of the Nam during the 1950-1953 Fatherland Liberation War.

The aged and schoolchildren have called on KPA soldiers to mow down the military provokers without mercy, expressing their resolve to fight in the same trench shoulder to shoulder with the servicepersons.

Meanwhile, the hatred against the enemies aroused all the workers and peasants of the province to a campaign for increased production.

Ryu Un Ryong, a builder of the North Hwanghae Provincial Baby Home, said that a sacred war against the provokers is just for rosy future of the country.
