The Worker-Peasant Red Guards (WPRG) and the Young Red Guards (YRG) are now in full combat readiness, together with the Korean People's Army.

Jo Chun Haeng, a WPRG member of the Jangphung County Motor Station in North Hwanghae Province, told KCNA:

Now is the time for us to vent our pent-up grudge on the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces hell-bent on the anti-DPRK military provocations.

Once an order is given, we will take the lead in an offensive action against the provokers, together with the KPA.

YRG members across the country are eagerly volunteering to join the army when it will advance toward the south.

An Myong Il, a senior instructor of the youth league committee at Ryugyong Senior Secondary School in Pothonggang District, Pyongyang, said:

Little students of my school are little different from adults in the retaliatory spirit.

If an order of attack is given, all of them as YRG members will advance southward before anybody else to destroy the provokers.
