The Bulgarian Communists Union said the situation on the Korean Peninsula has been pushed to the brink of war as the U.S. imperialists and south Korean puppet group restarted anti-DPRK broadcasts as part of its stepped-up psychological warfare.

The Bulgaria-Korea Friendship Association extended solidarity to the struggle of the Korean people to destroy the persistent provocative moves of the hostile forces and defend sovereignty of the country.

The Ugandan National Executive Committee of the Pan-African Movement said that it is the trite method of the preceding south Korean rulers to cook up shocking cases in the area along the Military Demarcation Line and divert elsewhere the public attention at home and abroad to seek the way out whenever they faced crises.

Igor Yurisik, chairman of the Slovenia-Korea Friendship Association, said the south Korean authorities' provocation against the DPRK is very serious as it was made at a time when Korea greeted the 70th anniversary of its liberation from the colonial rule by the Japanese imperialists. We do not want to see a new war breaking out on the Korean Peninsula, he added.
