Thanks to the positive activities of the DPRK government, the NAM could develop true to its noble ideal and purpose despite all difficulties.

It has made a lot of successes, strengthening unity and solidarity among its member nations and intensifying joint actions in the international arena.

The present international situation urgently requires the NAM to be more faithful to its mission and ideal and increase its might and role.

The imperialists have gone to extremes in their moves to divide and destabilize the anti-imperialist, independent countries.

If these countries fail to struggle in unity, they can neither be free from the yoke of the imperialists forcing dependence and subjugation on them nor defend peace and security of the world.

The DPRK is making utmost efforts to defend regional peace and advance the cause of global independence even under the situation where the U.S. and its followers intensify their moves to isolate and stifle the former as never before and the danger of a nuclear war is increasing on the Korean Peninsula.

The NAM should fully exercise its influence on the actions to foil the U.S. and its followers' undisguised moves for aggression and unjust sanctions, a stumbling block lying in the way of settling the issue of the Korean Peninsula.

The DPRK will as ever work hard to develop the NAM and build an independent new world.
