He referred in detail to the exploits performed by President Kim Il Sung for liberating the country, saying that his exploits are brilliantly shining as he led the anti-Japanese armed struggle to victory, liberating the country and paving a new path for carving out the destiny of the Korean people.

He said that the DPRK is a powerful country as it produces itself everything necessary for improving the standard of the people's living and bolstering up its defence capability and had access to nuclear deterrent, in particular.

He went on:

The DPRK has turned into a socialist paradise where all the people enjoy a happy life thanks to the socialist benefits including free education and free healthcare. This would be unthinkable without the undying exploits President Kim Il Sung performed by liberating Korea and wisely leading the building of a new society, the Fatherland Liberation War, postwar rehabilitation and construction and socialist construction.
