The seminar heard papers clearly explaining and proving the idea and theory of the historical terms and indicating ways to thoroughly embody them.

Sin Kwang Chol, vice-rector of Kumsong University of Politics, said the history of the power of the youth would be given steady continuity and victory and glory would always be in store for the Korean youth as long as the idea of attaching importance to youth is considered as a strategic line of the Workers' Party of Korea and the revolution.

O Hye Son, director and editor-in-chief of the Kumsong Youth Publishing House, said the culture of the youth in the Songun era is, both in name and reality, a fruition of the extraordinary philosophical thinking and discovery of Marshal Kim Jong Un who is making a glorious history of building a power of the youth, true to President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il's idea of attaching importance to the youth.

Jon Yong Nam, chairman of the Central Committee of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, underlined the need for the youth league organizations to conduct the work for ideological education in a vigorous, unique and offensive manner in order to train all the young people to be the ones with the strongest mental power who are firmly equipped with the revolutionary spirit of Paektu and the spirit of the blizzards of Paektu and possessed of noble political and ideological traits.

Kim Jin Ha, secretary of the Pyongyang City Committee of the WPK, called on all party organizations to intensify their guidance over the work of the youth league in every way as required by the WPK's idea of attaching importance to the youth and thus help demonstrate the might of the power of the youth.

The speakers called on youth league organizations, officials and youth to resolutely defend and preserve the exploits the President and Kim Jong Il performed by leading the youth movement, add eternal glory to them, more strikingly demonstrate the might of the power of the youth and thus accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche started in Mt. Paektu under the Songun revolutionary leadership of Kim Jong Un.

Present there were officials of ministries, national institutions, the youth league, those in the fields of science, education and media, teachers, researchers, journalists and editors.
