Probe into Truth about Sewol Disaster and Salvage of Wreck Urged in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, August 31 (KCNA) -- The April 16 Consultative Council of Families in south Korea held a meeting for honoring the memory of victims of the ferry Sewol disaster in Ansan, Kyonggi Province on August 28, according to south Korean KBS. The participants said it is 500 days since the occurrence of the Sewol disaster. But the truth about the incident that claimed hundreds of lives has not yet been probed, they deplored. They urged the "government" to salvage Sewol as soon as possible to have the grudge of the bereaved families settled. |
