In the message the president said he was pleased to send sincere congratulations to His Excellency Kim Jong Un on behalf of the Syrian Arab people and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of the founding of the DPRK.

He sincerely wished His Excellency good health and his friendly people greater progress and prosperity.

He expressed belief that the Syrian Arab Republic will further develop the friendly and cooperative relations with the DPRK in conformity with the common interests of the two friendly peoples.

The message extended the highest tribute to His Excellency Marshal.
