Displayed in the Korean hall were works of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il, Marshal Kim Jong Un and art works associated with wisdom and talents of the Korean people.

Present at an opening ceremony of the exhibition were officials of various circles including the vice-minister of Culture of the Khabarovsk Territory Government, masses, the DPRK vice consul-general and consuls in Khabarovsk.

The participants laid bouquets and flowers before portraits of smiling Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

Speeches were made there.

The vice-minister of Culture of the Khabarovsk Territory Government said:

The two countries defeated the Japanese imperialists, common enemy, 70 years ago and have developed the friendly relations in various fields.

The images of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il always remain in the hearts of the Russian people as they made special contributions to the development of the Russia-DPRK friendly relations.

I wish the Korean people greater success in building a thriving socialist country under the leadership of Kim Jong Un successfully carrying forward the idea and cause of the preceding leaders.

The exhibition will make positive contribution to the development of the bilateral relations.

The exhibition will go on till September 15.
