Cuban State Delegation Lays Wreath before Martyrs Cemetery

| Pyongyang, September 6 (KCNA) -- A state delegation of the Republic of Cuba headed by Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, first vice-president of the Council of State and first vice-president of the Council of Ministers of Cuba, laid a wreath before the Fatherland Liberation War Martyrs Cemetery Sunday. Foreign Minister Ri Su Yong was present there. The wreath in the name of the delegation was placed at the wreath-laying stand "Soul of Heroes" of the cemetery. The participants observed a moment's silence in memory of the martyrs of the Korean People's Army who laid down their precious lives in the sacred battles against the imperialists and the U.S. and they went round the cemetery. |
