This is sparking off the surging resentment and enmity of the service personnel and people of the DPRK as the U.S. openly revealed its vicious attempt to invade the DPRK anytime.

The U.S. is staging nuclear war maneuvers and trying to deploy strategic weapons while describing the drills as "annual" and "defensive ones" but can never conceal its black-hearted intention to stifle the DPRK by force of arms.

This is clearly evidenced by the contents of OPLAN 5015 which was applied to Ulji Freedom Guardian.

OPLAN 5015 is an unpardonable scenario for a nuclear war which makes indiscriminate preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK an established fact as it is a combination of OPLAN 5029 worked out under the pretext of coping with "contingency" in the north and OPLAN 5027, a scenario for an all-out war.

The keynote of OPLAN 5015 is to strike relevant facilities and weapons by use of stealth strategic bombers and other strategic weapons and, at the same time, attain even the purpose of "removing headquarters" the moment a "sign of the north's use of WMDs" is detected.

Strategic bombers to be deployed on Guam will have the mission to carry out this criminal operation.

The human history of wars records many war scenarios but there is no such extreme provocative and illegal scenario as OPLAN 5015 aimed at disabling the other party through preemptive nuclear strike before the start of war and carrying out the plan for "removing headquarters".

The U.S. moves for invading the DPRK are unprecedented in history for their reckless and dangerous nature.

The U.S. is much upset by the DPRK dynamically advancing under the banner of independence against imperialism and the banner of socialism in the important vantage of the Asia-Pacific region which the U.S. regards as its strategic center in the 21st century. That is why the U.S. is making desperate efforts to bring down the DPRK.

The U.S. seeks to steadily escalate tension on the Korean Peninsula through ceaseless joint military exercises and thus make the DPRK exhausted and slacken its alertness.

A "sign of north's use of WMDs" mentioned in the U.S. plan for invading the DPRK is no more than a smokescreen for concealing its true colors as a criminal and it is, in essence, aimed at watching for a "moment the north remains ideologically and morally weak."

It is the U.S. invariable scenario for bringing down the DPRK at a single strike with all military potentials involved the moment it gets slack.

The U.S. kicked off the madcap Ulji Freedom Guardian and deliberately opened to public its decision to deploy strategic nuclear strike means at a time when the situation on the Korean peninsula was put on the track of detente this time, bringing to light once again its sinister intention.

The U.S. is, indeed, a maniac keen on invading the DPRK and the arch criminal steadily escalating tension on the Korean Peninsula.
