In his message the Algerian president said he was pleased to extend the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the Algerian government and people and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 67th birthday of the DPRK.

He sincerely wished Kim Jong Un good health at all times and the friendly Korean people steady progress and development.

He reiterated his will to make efforts together with Kim Jong Un to boost the ties of friendship and solidarity in the common interests of the two countries and achieve progress and prosperity of the friendly peoples of the two countries.
