The message extended sincere congratulations and fraternal greetings to Kim Jong Un and the DPRK government on behalf of the government and people of Zambia on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of the founding of the DPRK.

It said that Zambia is rejoiced over the warm and friendly relations with the DPRK, expressing thanks to the DPRK's contribution to the development of Zambia's healthcare.

It hoped that these relations would continue to strengthen in the mutual interests of the two countries and peoples.

Expressing the highest regard to Kim Jong Un, the message sincerely wished him good health and the Korean people peace and prosperity.
