We extend warm congratulations and good wishes to you and, through you, to the Workers' Party of Korea and the government and people of the DPRK on behalf of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese government and people on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of the founding of the DPRK.

Over the past 67 years after the founding of the DPRK, the Korean people have steadily registered fresh successes in the socialist revolution and construction under the leadership of Comrade Kim Il Sung, Comrade Kim Jong Il and Comrade Kim Jong Un and the WPK.

We are rejoiced over this and sincerely wish that the DPRK will make fresh development in all its future works.

China and the DPRK are linked by the same mountain and rivers and the traditional China-DPRK friendship is a precious treasure of both sides personally provided and cultivated by the leaders of the elder generation of the two countries.

Under the fresh situation we will join the DPRK side to promote a protracted, sound and stable development of the China-DPRK relations, steadily consolidate the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries and thus make a positive contribution to peace, stability and development in the region.
