The reckless provocative military moves of Japan at a time when peace-loving attitude and stand are required more urgently than ever before are an open challenge to the demand of the international community.

If Japan launches reinvasion overseas as it did in the past, it can never escape final ruin. That is why all Japanese people are strongly opposing and censuring the war policy of their government.

Nevertheless, the Japanese reactionaries were busy staging the above-said drills, self-exposing that they are seized with the wild ambition for reviving militarism, blinded by their design to seek revenge for their past defeat.

The disaster that had been inflicted upon the Asian people by Japan in the past should never be allowed to repeat itself.

The Korean people suffered more from Japan's policy of overseas invasion than any other nations in the past. The DPRK will pay due attention to bolstering up its capability for self-defence in order not to allow the repetition of the painful past.

Japan should stop at once its moves for emerging a military giant and launching militarist overseas expansion, bearing in mind that its scenario for reinvasion is no more than a daydream.
