The Sep. 4th issue of the Russian newspaper Rio Panorama said in its article titled "Founder of the DPRK":

The President pioneered the road of building the people's power defending the interests of the working people and realizing them from an independent stand, not bound to an established theory and experience gained by other countries.

He established the people's revolutionary governments in guerilla bases during the anti-Japanese armed struggle and, based on its historical root, set forth the line of building the country suited to the specific conditions of Korea after liberating the country.

He also made sure that the overall democratic reforms were successfully enforced, firmly consolidating the socio-economic foundation of new Korea.

The President founded the DPRK, the first people's democratic country in the East through the all-Korea general election.

On the same day, the Lao newspaper Pasason carried an article to praise the President's state-building exploit.

The Sep. issue of the Bulgarian newspaper Iskra said that in the DPRK there is a genuine socialist system guaranteeing the political rights and stable life of the working people.
