The chairman of the above-said committee said at the meeting:

The DPRK's founding would have been unthinkable without the wise leadership of President Kim Il Sung, the great leader of the Korean people.

The chairman warmly congratulated the DPRK on registering big successes on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of its founding and extended support and solidarity to the Korean people in their struggle for building socialism and reunifying the country.

The traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries personally provided by President Ho Chi Minh and President Kim Il Sung and continuously developed by the efforts of the two parties, states and peoples are a precious treasure to them, he said.

He vowed to make more positive efforts to develop the friendly relations between Vietnam and the DPRK, in the future.
