Present there on the invitation were figures of the government ministries, parliament, political parties, institutions and organizations including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State Duma, the Federation Council, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Development of Far East, Ministry of Economy and Development, the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports, Communist Party of the Russian Federation, A Just Russia, Party for Peace and Unity of Russia, the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, Communist Party of Soviet Union, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Russian Railways Company, Academy of Sciences and Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK.

The participants laid a floral basket and bouquets before the full-length picture of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them.

They looked round the photos documenting the immortal exploits of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.
