Pyongyang, September 13 (KCNA) -- A statement issued by a spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK denouncing the U.S. for its occupation of south Korea for 70 years was distributed as the UN Security Council's official document S/2015/689 on September 11.
