The chairman in the message extended congratulations to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to all the people of the DPRK on behalf of the A Just Russia and on his own behalf on the 67th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

In the period over half a century the Korean people have achieved victories in building a developed socialist power, firmly maintaining the Juche idea under the guidance of the leaders of the nation, the message said.

It voiced expectation that the tasks set forth by the Workers' Party of Korea to build socialism in the DPRK in reliance on its own efforts would be accomplished.

It wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and all the Korean people great labor successes.
