The message extended congratulations to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to all the Korean people on behalf of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia and all the Russian people on the 67th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

The founding of the DPRK was a historical event that opened a road for the independent development of the country, the message said.

Under the leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea the DPRK has achieved great successes in all fields of people's life, it noted.

Recently Russia and the DPRK have positively developed the bilateral relations on the basis of the rich experience gained in the past period in cooperation for strengthening the good-neighborly and friendly relations and achieving peace, it said.

It wished Kim Jong Un and the citizens of the DPRK progress on the road for building a socialist nation.
