Earlier, the south Korean warmongers together with the U.S. staged "bio-defensive drill" at the "Institute for National Defense Studies," talking about "intentional bio-threat" and "boosting of mutual cooperation system."

These are the desperate efforts to block the north-south dialogue and the improvement of the relations and escalate the tension on the Korean Peninsula once again, says Rodong Sinmun Monday in a commentary.

What the north and the south require at present is a bold practical act to raise the hard-won precious bud of national reconciliation, not the military provocation rattling the nerves of the dialogue partner and threatening it, the commentary says, and goes on:

Nevertheless, the south Korean authorities are recklessly hurting the fellow countrymen in the north, begging outsiders cooperation for anti-north confrontation and staging war drills against the north, in disregard of the destiny of the inter-Korean relations.

The north-targeted war drills including the "reenactment of Inchon landing operation" are part of the anti-DPRK confrontation rackets being kicked up in south Korea recently.

The reality requires all Koreans at home and abroad to heighten the vigilance against the disturbing forces' acts of obstructing the improvement of the north-south relations and decisively smash them by concerted efforts of the nation.

The south Korean warmongers would be well advised to properly face up to the aspiration and wishes of all Koreans and behave themselves.
