Present there were officials of the Red Cross Society of the DPRK, young RC members, volunteers and members of a delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and a delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross working in the DPRK.

There took place a lecture related to the method of first aid with which old persons and schoolchildren can save people's lives at an emergency.

The participants enjoyed an art performance given by young RC members and talked to one another about Red Cross activities.
