The president in the message extended the most sincere congratulations to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to the people of the DPRK on behalf of the Bangladeshi people and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 67th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

Bangladesh and the DPRK have friendly relations based on the principle of planned development and stability, it said, expressing belief that the friendly relations would grow stronger under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

It wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and the friendly people of the DPRK durable peace, progress and prosperity.
