The meetings discussed on the issues of properly setting the period of overhauling of equipment, cutting short it, ensuring technical features of custom-built equipment and raising the intensity of electrode in order to remove hurdles in the fertilizer production of the year.

The meetings took measures calling on the coal mines related to the relevant units to build new coal dressing processes and focus efforts on earth scrapping and increase the production of raw materials for electrode.

Meanwhile, the premier went round the Hamhung Branch of the State Academy of Sciences and the February 8 Vinalon Complex and discussed the issue of putting the vinalon production on normal footing.
