The statement said:

The DPRK, a sovereign state, referred in detail to the frivolous anti-DPRK "human rights" racket kicked up by the U.S. and the West based on their view on value.

When looking back on history, the U.S. is the most barbarous human rights abuser as it has perpetrated all sorts of crimes against humanity such as hunting of Indians, slave trade, apartheid, A-bomb dropping in Hiroshima and Nagasaki of Japan and the nuclear test in the Asia-Pacific since the very day of its birth.

These human rights abuses go on in different countries and regions including Palestine, Iraq, Libya, Syria and Ukraine.

It is only the U.S. which has the greatest number of prisons in the world and in which criminals are allowed to carry weapons unhindered and parents shoot their children to death.

No matter how desperately it may mislead the world public through "human rights" racket against other countries, it can never get rid of its responsibility.
