The secretary general of the United Left Movement of Dominica said that the foundation of the DPRK by President Kim Il Sung, eternal leader of the Korean people, was a historic event that gave hope for struggle to the progressives aspiring after independence.

The chairman of the Nigerian Group for the Study of the Juche Philosophy said:

Kim Il Sung led the DPRK government to preserve the purity of the Juche idea in all its activities and fully embody its requirements.

Leader Kim Jong Il firmly defended the sovereignty and dignity of the country from ceaseless confrontation with imperialism, performing undying exploits for the nation-building and national reunification.

A congratulatory message to Marshal Kim Jong Un was adopted at the lecture in Dominica.
