The prosecution authorities charged the members with staging a demonstration in protest against the U.S. forces which illegally introduced anthrax germs into south Korea outside the U.S. embassy in Seoul in June.

They also took such action against the members on charges of the violation of the ill-famed "law on rally and demonstration" after branding the scattering of leaflets calling for the resignation of the present regime in denunciation of its plan to introduce THAAD into south Korea.
