The joint statement said:

The conservative and pro-U.S. "Saenuri Party," the ruling party, and the opposition parties of south Korea try to cook up the reactionary "bill on human rights in the north" and railroad it through the "National Assembly" at any cost.

This is the vicious and criminal politically-motivated provocation against the DPRK.

The base moves of the NA of south Korea for railroading the "bill on human rights in the north" are timed to coincide with the frantic moves of the U.S. and its followers to launch a new plot against the DPRK over the issue of "human rights" in the UN and international arena.

The south Korean NA plans mean provocation while talking about "south-north parliamentary talks" and "implementing of agreement."

It is the height of impudence to talk about "dialogue" while totally denying and opposing the dialogue partner.

The reactionary moves to cook up the "bill on human rights in the north" will drive the north-south relations which have recently been improved into a catastrophe again.

The DPRK will not allow the south Korean NA's reactionary and criminal moves to cook up the "bill on human rights in the north" but resolutely cope with them.
