Japanese Authorities Accused of Passing War Bills
Pyongyang, September 24 (KCNA) -- The passage of the security bills has sparked off strong protest in Japan as they are posing serious threats to global peace and stability.

Statements are being released and demos waged in different parts of Japan in protest against the railroading of the war bills by the government and the ruling party.

Scholars representing at least 14 000 researchers of 148 universities held an emergency press conference and made public a statement.

Protest actions are running high outside the Diet building in Tokyo and in other major cities.

Meanwhile, the opinion poll conducted after the passage of the bills showed that the support rate for the Cabinet dropped sharply.

Opposition parties said they would push forward joint solidarity against the regime with the election of the House of Councilors due next July as a momentum.
