In the message the Angolan president said he was pleased to extend congratulations to Kim Jong Un and the government and people of the DPRK on behalf of the government of the Republic of Angola and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 67th founding anniversary of the DPRK. He wished the DPRK prosperity and progress.

On this day which is of the most important historic significance for the Korean people, I appreciate the efforts made by your government to defend the sovereignty and dignity of the nation, the message said, and went on:

I wish for the peaceful reunification of Korea through dialogue thanks to the constant efforts of Your Excellency and your government.

I reiterate the invariable will of the Angolan government to boost the bonds of friendship and cooperation between our two countries.
