In the message the king extended the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the Cambodian people and wished him good health and happiness and great success in carrying out his historic mission of leading the Korean nation on the occasion of the 67th birth anniversary of the DPRK.

He also wished the friendly people of the DPRK peace, stability, progress and prosperity.

Under Kim Jong Un's great leadership the DPRK is continuing the efforts to achieve peace, develop all fields and modernize them, the message said, expressing pleasure over the fact that the traditional friendship, solidarity and cooperation between the two countries are ushering in a heyday.
