British Organization Praises WPK

Pyongyang, September 28 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy posted a special write-up titled "Party praised by the people" illustrated with an art piece depicting President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il standing together on Mt. Paektu on its website on September 22 on the occasion of the 70th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

The article said:

The Korean people ardently praise the WPK to mark its 70th founding anniversary.

It was because the WPK has fulfilled its responsibility for the destiny of the people, always defended their interests and fully served them.

In the closing year of the last century when socialism collapsed in several countries all at once, the DPRK defended socialism. This was another example showing the full responsibility of the WPK for the destiny of the popular masses.

When the DPRK suffered from the worst trials and difficulties by the imperialist allied forces' offensive against socialism and continuous natural disasters, the people-oriented policies were invariably enforced in the DPRK.

Today the WPK is dynamically leading the building of a thriving socialist nation to realize all ideals and dreams of the people under the uplifted banner of the people-first doctrine.

The WPK receiving absolute trust and ardent praise from the people will always be invincible.
