Syrian Ambassador Gives Reception

| Pyongyang, September 30 (KCNA) -- Tammam Sulaiman, Syrian ambassador to the DPRK, hosted a reception at his embassy Wednesday on the occasion of the 69th founding anniversary of Kim Il Sung University. Present there on invitation were Thae Hyong Chol, president of Kim Il Sung University who doubles as minister of Higher Education, Sim Kuk Ryong, general director of the General Bureau for Affairs with Diplomatic Corps, and officials concerned. A staff member of the embassy was on hand. Speeches were made there. |
