The special warfare commander of the south Korean puppet Army in a report at the "National Assembly" on Sept. 23 said south Korea is pushing forward the "formation of a special unit for striking major strategic military installations of the north such as nuclear facilities" and will form an air force unit for "ensuring the swift infiltration operation of a special unit", the statement said, and went on:

The south Korean authorities are pushing the situation on the Korean Peninsula that took the road of detente and improved relations to a catastrophe again with such military provocations.

Behind the shameless threat and provocation against the DPRK has always been the U.S. which sought to put the peninsula under its control.

The DPRK's nuclear force is war deterrence for defending peace.

If the maniacs launch a war, the Korean People's Army will mercilessly punish the provocateurs by dint of Songun.

The statement bitterly condemned the reckless provocations by the south Korean military warmongers.
