The chairman of the preparatory committee of the New Yugoslav Communist Party of Serbia for celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the WPK said:

The WPK is an invincible party shining with the august names of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il, the great leaders of the Korean people.

After succeeding to Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il steadily increased the leadership role of the WPK and turned the DPRK into a nuclear weapons state and satellite manufacturer and launcher by powerfully arousing the army and people to the construction of a thriving socialist nation even under the grave situation where the imperialists focused the anti-socialist offensive against the DPRK, taking advantage of the frustration of socialism in different countries.

Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il developed the WPK into the most powerful revolutionary party and a mother party taking responsible care of the people's destiny to the last. This was the greatest exploits performed by them.

Speakers including the chief of the Bulgarian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism said that the idea of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il on party-building and their exploits are shedding more shining rays thanks to Marshal Kim Jong Un.
