The work, published on October 2, Juche 84 (1995), says that the work serves as the great immortal programme as it reflects the unshakable faith and will of Kim Jong Il to develop the WPK into the eternal party of President Kim Il Sung by firmly upholding his idea and feats in party building as unshakable guidelines.

The two decades since the publication of the work represent the sacred annals in which the WPK has successfully carried forward the idea and cause of the great leaders, the article says, adding:

A revolutionary party should establish the ideological system of the leader and leadership system and should be built and developed into his party in which its whole membership is united close around him.

The greatest feats Kim Jong Il performed in the history of Juche-oriented party building lie in that he laid an eternal foundation for glorifying the WPK as the eternal party of the leader.

Thanks to the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il who conducted party building and activities as intended by the President and the way he did even under the complicated world political situation, the revolutionary character of the WPK as the party of the leader has been invariably preserved.

The harmonious whole of the WPK and the Korean people has been cemented as an invincible bulwark and absolute are the support and trust of all service personnel and people in the mother party built by the great leaders.
